Our service covers the full development spectrum and can be commissioned in part or for the full process.
We can provide a feasibility analysis at pre-purchase stage of a potential development site which can assist in the negotiation of the price and the final decision on whether to proceed with the purchase. We can also provide direct assistance in the procurement process if required.
Once a suitable development site has been secured we can commission on your behalf a suitably qualified consultant design team for the concept design and planning process, with the full design development and detailed design and documentation to follow after planning approval. Management and administration of the design team and authorities component can be provided throughout.
On the completion of full design and documentation, Head Contract Tenders can be sought with the management of this process resulting in the recommendation of a suitably experienced Head Contractor for the construction works. The Contracting, Contract Management and associated administration can be provided for the duration of the construction works.
Assistance with leasing and the associated administration can also be provided.
COMMISSIONING GC SERVICES
The services offered can be commissioned in a variety of ways including on a project by project basis for a fixed fee, short or long term contract or on an appropriate hourly rate.
The services can be tailored to suit individual clients needs and may be an attractive option to staffing on a full time permanent basis which can prove costly especially when staff on-costs and staff turnover are considered.
